Highly recommend Integrated Vitality. Alan is well educated and meticulous in his practice as he is adept in identifying areas which require tension release. I went in experiencing significant discomfort due to frequent physical activity, and left out feeling brand new.
This place (the staff) has made a huge positive impact in my healing (low back issue) and return to fitness!
Alan was amazing! Very thorough and knowledgeable, and he really took his time addressing all my points of tension. I left feeling completely restored. The massage was one of the best I’ve had, highly recommend!
