This was the best massage I have had. Alan focused on my areas of pain and was able to relieve my constant pain in my lower back. I will definitely be back.
This was my first massage therapy session ever, and Alan made it an amazing experience. He was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire session. The corrective massage helped relieve so much tension, and I could immediately feel a difference afterward. Alan was very knowledgeable and clearly cared about making sure I got the most benefit from the treatment. I’m so glad my first experience was with him — highly recommend!
Highly recommend Integrated Vitality. Alan is well educated and meticulous in his practice as he is adept in identifying areas which require tension release. I went in experiencing significant discomfort due to frequent physical activity, and left out feeling brand new.
This place (the staff) has made a huge positive impact in my healing (low back issue) and return to fitness!
