My wife and I both had general massage sessions here today. The sessions were really great and very relaxing. The staff here are so attentive and kind, guide you through if you are new and very professional. They have direct billing services, so it is very easy. This will be our go to place in the future for massages.
This is my fave place in the city to go relax and get a proper deep tissue massage. The interior is well designed, clean, and has calming water features. The customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Nicoleta Castro, she’s strong, very responsive, and always ends the session with a dreamy head scratch face massage moment. I feel so much better after each appointment I wish I could go all the time! See you soon!
I had a very relaxing Acupuncture treatment with Mariano. I came to treat mid back pain (was experiencing a dull ache) and insomnia/stress. He started off by doing compressions on my back, did a back and front treatment with needles, and ended with releasing tension in my neck and shoulders. I felt very relaxed and my mid back pain was no longer there after the session. I had a very restful sleep that night.

I absolutely love Integrated Therapies! The atmosphere is so warm, homey, and peaceful—it immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk in. The entire space has such a calming, welcoming energy, and it truly feels like a place where you can relax, heal, and recharge. I can’t recommend them enough!
