I’m certain Patty helped me recover from my herniated disc at S1-L5. She made no promises but I was up to her challenges to rehab rather than have surgery. I had a left shoulder replacement 11 months ago. My rehab after the surgery was at Integrated Therapeutic Healing in Norwalk, Ohio. I was told before my surgery that I would have some limitations in range of motion after the transverse shoulder replacement. I received amazing therapy at ITH that encompassed the whole body. If you need Physical Therapy (or any Therapy) this is the place you want to go! I was super excited to see Therapists I've used in the past were now here with ITH! I felt comfortable knowing I was getting the best there is! They helped me so much that I am confident I can take on the walking world again! I feel very fortunate to have found Integrated Therapeutic Healing. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The physical therapist uses a Dolphin Neurostim device to relax muscles and help relieve the pain in my neck and shoulders. She locates tightness in my shoulder and neck area and manipulates these stressed areas. She shows me exercises to work on at home and makes sure I am performing them correctly before I leave.
