If you need help with balance this is the place to go. They do a complete assessment of you before trying to help you. This assessment is very important. It lets them know where your weakness is coming from. The program is designed for you, not just a standard program fit for everyone. I learned a lot about my body and how it was and was not working. I am so much better now than when I started. They truly care about you and how you are progressing. If you need help, come see them.
