My experience with Integrated Tax Services was great! Steve Smith was very easy to work with and had my returns finished in a very timely manner. Steve took the time to thoroughly explain my return and gave me suggestions on how to plan for the future. There is no one else I would rather do my taxes and I could not recommend them any higher. I will definitely go back.
The old tax people I used got bought out by this company. Ever since then I’ve had a difficult time with people following through on promises and rarely get an actual person on the phone. The last time I did it was from a lady who seemed to be upset with my call. Why should I be working this hard to have a company take my business?
I called to check on an appointment. And the person who answered the phone was rude. "No, you don't have an appointment... ever!"
