I had a power outage from the windstorm and when power returned generator did not act right and I did not get power back like all my neighbors. I called my generator company and they nonchalantly said they could come out in 14 days. Not acceptable with no heat or electricity. Went through names of generac repair and called IPSI at 6:30 am and Dan was at my house within 2 hours. I will now be doing business with this company as Dan was a wonderful tech. As always, these guys are top notch. Just completed the annual PM on the generator. The tech is knowledgeable and friendly. I paid for three years of PM to lock in the price. This is my second time doing this and worth it! I love my generator and it has never let me down,

I just had my 24kw generator installed yesterday by IPSI. The team arrived on time and immediately started working. I don’t think they even stopped for lunch. They were friendly and knowledgeable with questions I had along the way. They cleaned up any mess they made from the installation process. I have already recommended them to friends who were interested about a generator.
