Several years ago, and after suffering too many power outages and no way to sump out the basement, we invested in a generator from Integrated Power Supplies. We have not lost power since. The generator has been 100% problem free, and when I recently asked IPSI to come out and check on a minor issue, they came out immediately and rectified the issue at no cost to us (we bought the generator several years ago). Everyone at IPSI is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Showed up in the time frame I set-up from earlier in July. The technician was knowledgeable and gave a clear explanation all performance tests needed for service.
