Original Review - They may be on the cheaper side but if you are looking for any basic help and guidance beyond processing payroll and W2s, forget it. Getting answers to simplest questions is like pulling teeth. You get a one liner response with absolutely no details or they redirect you to another service who wants you to first sign up with them.

Solid payroll company. Never had any issues, and the few times there were some discrepancies on a check, they rectified it the same day. Don't play games with the rates like the bigger Payroll companies that try to lure you in with super cheap rates, only to see them skyrocket shortly after. One more thing is they don't nickel and dime you for small changes like some other companies like to do. Highly recommend.
