A few months after I had moved from the area and stopped seeing my therapist, I received an email that my completed intake form that contained my full name, date of birth, address, partners info, mothers info, my SSN, my full medical history, and my full credit card information was accidently sent out to someone. I wish I could give this organization zero stars. My first experience with Integrated Mental Health Associates was in 2023, when the therapist I scheduled with never showed up because she had double-booked my appointment. After that disappointment, I hesitated to try therapy again—but today, I finally decided to give it another shot with a different therapist. Ryan Sheade is as good as it gets in Scottsdale and Phoenix (in my experience). I've been struggling with depression for years. Prior to seeing Ryan, I had very cynical stance on the effectiveness of counseling because I had 5 experiences with other counselors around the valley that provided little-to-no value and ultimately felt like a waste of time and money.
