Received a letter from Integrated Insight 2 days ago saying that my health insurance (Medicaid), is no longer acceptable to pay for services. So I called them today. Receptionist didn't know anything, she couldn't connect me to someone who could help, nor could she stop saying that I must be mistaken. I will call again on Monday to find out what is going on. Today is January 26th 2024.

I can't speak to all the staff, most of the therapist I engaged with were doing the best they could with the oversight and leadership they have been given or lack there of. Higher ups with in the company lack leadership, professionalism, integrity, and appear to be driven by money and not the client centered care that our communities need. Due to poor leadership given to the professionals doing the hard face to face work with clients I would not recommend Integrated Insight Community Care for services or employment.
Caring staff fast appointment very friendly
I have edited my review as Samantha and Jared from the Integrative Insight 24/7 team visited me in the delta ER and were quite amazing actually. Dena from the Montrose clinic and I certainly clashed before this, but the story is not apparently over with these guys just yet.
