Great massage and have done the Somatic experiencing. Both highly recommended.
I initially sought out somatic experiencing after years of traditional therapy. Despite being active, eating well, journaling, meditating, and having a great support system, I still wasn’t feeling the way I wanted to feel. Came in from out of town for a work trip. Her place was clean, massage was relaxing- 4 stars because it was a little pricier than what I anticipated-
