I've been using Integrated Civil Enforcement for the last three years and I have absolutely nothing to complain. They are reliable and proactive, they even go to the Court with me when necessary. And many times they were able to schedule the eviction to the next business day! Really helpful.

Stay away from this company. They came across as polite and helpful at first, which is why I chose them out of the few options available. Big mistake. They tried to charge me over $9,000 to remove unauthorized occupants from my property. The bailiff was unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not use this company. They seemed friendly at first, but turned out to be completely dishonest. They quoted reasonable fees, then tried to charge me $11,600 to evict squatters from my 5-bedroom home. The bailiff was rude, and after a 1.5-hour “assessment,” they demanded $3,100—which they took from my deposit—without doing the actual job. They lure you in by saying the cost won’t exceed your deposit, then overcharge once you’re committed. Avoid this company at all costs.
