We had an excellent experience with Integrated Civil Enforcement. The New Westminster office is conveniently located near the New Westminster Courthouse, which made the process much easier. The office clerks were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They patiently helped us complete the paperwork required to obtain the Writ of Possession and explained the process clearly. Please check other options before hiring this company. During my initial consultation, I paid approximately $1,700 and was led to believe that the costs would be manageable. I was specifically told that 3 movers and 2 bailiffs would attend the eviction. Based on those numbers, I calculated the expected cost and decided to proceed. On the eviction day, 6 movers and 2 trucks arrived to clear a 3-bedroom basement. I immediately questioned this because it was not what had been explained to me. Integrated Civil Enforcement was very helpful to us as we navigated some very tricky and stressful situation with tenant eviction. They were very efficient, helpful and have guided us throughout the whole thing. Special mention to Erin who has been very patient and even accompanied us at the Courts.
