It was unfortunate that we were put into this position by our delinquent tenants but I was grateful for Erin and Integrated for helping us through every step. Erin was such a help from the start - from the first phone call, detailing the process, to walking me over to the court house to help file for the writ, to always responding to my questions and concerns immediately, during and after the eviction. We never felt alone in this process and Erin and her team was great.
I didn't use bailing service ( was lucky this time!) but Integrated Civil was great help. Erin was amazing guiding me through this complication. Thank you for being so understanding and cooperative!
It is the fastest service and very supportive. The court administrative clerk was very supportive and guided us through all the processes and steps that needed to be taken. We definitely recommend using this bailiff service.
Integrated Eviction service was top notch professionally; Erin took charge and walked all the way with me from getting writ of possession to getting the bailiffs out to Surrey to eject my tenant.
