I have been seeing Shelby for heel pain and after 3 sessions I felt so much better! It has completely resolved. Then I came in with a fibromyalgia flare and I was in so much pain. After our appointment I realized that I felt great. Then I realized the flare was completely gone! Shelby is remarkable. She is caring and understanding with all my issues. I will recommend her to any and all that are suffering with any kind of pain or other issues
I started going to Shelby after my trainer recommended her to help me with balance,stability and posture. She has helped me tremendously with my balance and most of all my anxiety.
