I’ve had 5 appointments with Owen. I needed to come in for Low back pain and true Sciatica. The strengthening exercises have been helping a lot. I’m 70 years old. I thought I was in good shape. But, Owen is having me do exercises that are strengthening my quads and my glutes and my core. It’s helping. I realize I’ll be do these and more for the rest of my life.
