My therapist and everyone that I had contact with were very professional
I recently begun physical therapy at the Thorton location. I’m very pleased to have found this clinic and my therapist is very helpful. The place is also clean and well organized. I don’t mind making the long drive because I know it’s worth it.
UPDATE: The office manager reached out & assured me the experience I had is not how they expect to provide care/service. She let me know the situation was discussed among staff & they believe everyone is on the same page now. I felt she was genuine & the situation wouldn’t repeat itself. I have since has a session & am happy with the PT services provided. The front desk staff during my appointment was also pleasant.
