Terrible customer service. I was not acknowledged when I arrived. I walked to the desk and waited for a receptionist to to help with check in. Once I completed all paperwork I was told the doctor would not arrive for an hour. I was told I could leave and come back. I told them I didn't mind waiting, I just needed to let my husband know. I did ask to make sure it was one hour and asked for confirmation. I was then told there was another patient in front of me (no other patient in site).
