We paid off our stuff and they haven't reported it to the credit bureau after we asked several times there not very friendly or understanding
This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! Upon observation I noticed that integra was not on my credit report. I spoke to transunion and due to the fact a year ago I disputed the amount owed I guess they removed it. I reached out asking for Integras help and this is the response I received! This is my 2nd purchase through them and furthermore to talk and act like that with a customer is by far unprofessional and not warranted! This is a horrible company frfr. Please Stay Far Far away from them. They're a complete joke. Rude as all get out....
I've been with them over two years now kinda pricey, nothing big has came up. Every customer service agent I've gotten has been friendly. They do what they can I remember they extended me an extra week after my grandfather passed away, even though It had been extended as far as they could without a payment already. One thing has came up once I didn't care for is the policy they have where if the car needs repairs and is down they wont do anything unless you have a 0$ balance.
