This is a horrible company frfr. Please Stay Far Far away from them. They're a complete joke. Rude as all get out....
I've been with them over two years now kinda pricey, nothing big has came up. Every customer service agent I've gotten has been friendly. They do what they can I remember they extended me an extra week after my grandfather passed away, even though It had been extended as far as they could without a payment already. One thing has came up once I didn't care for is the policy they have where if the car needs repairs and is down they wont do anything unless you have a 0$ balance. They took my truck back one day me and my family just left the house because the full coverage I had they wanted me to make it higher after 2 months and I already was paying a pretty penny for the current insurance they took the truck left me and my family on the side of the rode and 5 months later they are tryna sue me for repo of 9,000, west place ever been yo for a vehicle now they are garnishing my checks and I’m trying my hardest to fight back after there scam
Are car paymade on time had access to my account and said we didn't make payments how can u be behind when they autpull have all my bank statements I wouldn't recommend them to anyone very bad people have to babies one autism doctor app no car stay away from them
