These people automatically suspend your connection if you dont make payment within 48 hours of plan renewal. Okay fair enough so far. But when their network is down, they do not prove any compensation in the form of extra day of package validity. They dont even send apology message by SMS How fair it that now? Avoid talking an internet service provided by them their fiber routers are cheap Chinese product which hangs every now and then their downloading speed will never do justice to the plan you're playing for even after making multiple complaints these folks do not believe in resolving the issue for their IT members everything is all about browsing YouTube if videos are playing fine then its the issue with your device incompetent people and they won't even refund your money irrespective of what they say in the beginning. Pathetic customer service. Irregular internet, shuts down between every 4-5 days for hours. Constant packet loss of 20-30 percent, when asked about the reason for packet loss they give reasons, such as "over usage" of internet by your end. Really bad service, not recommended at all.

Worst Company & HR Don't tie up with them for recruitment services We closed multiple positions but at the time of payment , they denied to pay Every time they make Different Excuses for every selected candidates. Very Bad experience even i don't want to give any star
