I opened my account there as a second place to bank that was local. After working with the cu buying money orders and cashing checks I found out that if you don't put money into or remove from a account after a while they take 10 dollars a month until your account is empty after I found out they keep my money and closed my account for me without me knowing then she asked if I would be interested in opening another account (I was just wanting people to know how they operate)
10/10 i would recommend this company they are really helpful with everything
Will never answer phone. When in branches. Never see tellers on phone. Being forced into non secure ai. Website out of date generally can't use. Go to call office no one answers and they want you to wait 2 hours for a call back! No chat or messaging on their dysfunctional website either makes it way to hard to make a payment or anything else. UGH. Awful. Either it was KCCU Again.
The staff is so wonderful. They are very helpful and courteous and friendly.
My fiancé and I worked with Manuel at the Cedar Springs location to get financing for our first home. Manuel helped us above and beyond our expectations. He kept in contact with us, the seller, and insurance agents through the process, continually updating us and answering our questions. The other members of Intandem that helped us were also fantastic! I highly recommend Intandem. Thank you again to Manuel and the Intandem team for being so helpful and wonderful to work with.
