I have my follow up appointment on Saturday; and definitely look forward to attend. Then early in the morning, my toddler got so sick; and I couldn’t attend; and I couldn’t have a chance to call to inform the practice. On Monday morning, a lady with a very cold voice called and asked me to pay for the fee because I didn’t attend the appointment. I explained the situation; and she just asked me to pay $95. We've been coming here for my daughter's dance related problem and have been treated mostly by Arpitha. She has been patient, caring and effective in prescribing the correct exercises and also doing massaging on sore/tight muscles when needed. A fantastic team of physiotherapists who have specialty knowledge in dance related issues. Highly recommended, Thank you!
Would not recommend using their services. They have been harassing me with emails for the past month asking for a payment of $95 due to not notifying them I was not able to make an appointment but, I did not make an appointment and, they keep saying they had send me an email & text message to confirm the booking - which I never received. After explaining this to them they are still trying to get $95 out of my pocket and are threatening to take this to a 'Collection Agency'. Awful, money hungry service.
