No importa si tienes cita, la espera es muy larga… esperas mas de una hora.. No respetan las citas. There is no respect for your time, you can be on time and see you an hour later.
I highly do not recommend getting your taxes done here. The staff members over here are very disorganized, they couldn't even find my 1099s from companies that are registered there to do their taxes. Made an appointment and they completely made me waste my time.
