Couldn't have asked for a smoother transition from end to end. The staff was very easy to communicate and very understanding of the entire process. The car you get is top notch (I got the latest Kia K4 2025 model). The pick up and drop off service is very ideal and easy to deal with. Shariq was pleasant to speak to and helped me understand the process of rental insurance at the beginning. If you ever need a car - insurance car rental is the place to go!

DO NOT RENT. I rented after an accident, I didnt have much choice and after saying I dont want a rental they ensured that all expenses will be covered by insurance. That was a lie, as they charged me the full amount of the bill for the rental without my authorization. They told me they will go to insurance to collect the payment but they did not do that. I used this rental company thru a referral from the auto body shop where my SUV went after I was T-Boned while in a proper parking spot. The agency provided me with a new Hyundai Tucson and brought it to my home. Faizan was awesome. He made sure that I was comfortable with the SUV and provided me with his cell number and said if I had any questions to contact him directly and then when my SUV was ready for pick up, they arranged to pick up their SUV at the auto body shop. Absolutely amazing car rental company.
