I felt an invasion of privacy and possibly my my personal identity compromised. I went to the Topsfield branch today with my son and made a withdrawal as I do often throughout the week. The teller asked me to spell my last name out loud, then she asked to see my driver’s license. Then she asked me to say my social security number out loud. I hesitated but said it.
