I'm a very passive banker you might say, I do most of my work online and have only been into the branch for business a few dozens times sense I stated using them but every time I go in staff is extremely friendly in every branch. They are always willing to help and will find an answer for you ASAP if they don't know it. Not to mention they seem to always have some of the best rates around (Massachusetts) I will definitely continue to do business with them for many years to come.
