I highly recommend Anna and Pranic Ayurveda for your next Ayurvedic treatment. This is truly one of the best experiences I've ever had and I've been practicing and receiving Ayurvedic treatments for many years. I have each time, felt completely transformed and renewed. The added element of nutrient dense, warm oil plus Anna's highly attuned touch makes an amazing difference in the potency of the work. The healing powers transcend traditional massage, by far. Anna is amazing. She seems to instinctively know what your body needs, what is sore, etc. and I never have to tell her “harder” or “softer”. Book her, but don’t fill up her schedule, I need my massages! 🤣
