The physical therapy was excellent! The office is always clean and spacious. The therapy sessions felt attentive and professional. Brittany provided outstanding insight, recommendations, and showed me useful techniques for strength, balance, and rehabilitation. I highly recommend them!
The PT trainer waited until final day to provide a mandatory certificate of disability for my California bar exam only so she could demand 200$ from me. Greedy and no remorse for patients. Didn't call back to apologize for ruining such an important exam. Receptionist never called back to make timely appointments nor show concern for health. Luckily, found PT at another place immediately to continue my treatment.

Went to them when I tore my shoulder and lived that it was all hands on I divided therapy. No, “go do this ten times then this twenty etc.,”. When I had my knee replaced twice within six months and had my tibia broken during the second attempt, there was no place else I wanted to go.
