If you are suffering from BPPV, go see Jodie Cicco at IMPT! When my primary care physician suspected BPPV and said I needed to see a specialist, I wasn't sure where to go. I am so glad I chose the Institute of Manual Physical Therapy. Jodie clearly knew what she was doing in formally testing for BPPV and subsequently treating the issue. I also really appreciate that she gave me other tips on how to help my brain readjust back to normal. Thank you!
The physical therapy was excellent! The office is always clean and spacious. The therapy sessions felt attentive and professional. Brittany provided outstanding insight, recommendations, and showed me useful techniques for strength, balance, and rehabilitation. I highly recommend them!
The PT trainer waited until final day to provide a mandatory certificate of disability for my California bar exam only so she could demand 200$ from me. Greedy and no remorse for patients. Didn't call back to apologize for ruining such an important exam. Receptionist never called back to make timely appointments nor show concern for health. Luckily, found PT at another place immediately to continue my treatment.
Excellent and efficient care by the entire staff.
