Was recently enrolled with icl but the director cheslyn walker doesn’t know what morals are , I was locked out of apartment for 2 1/2 months because I had covid . During that period they still took my disability checks and took out the rent even though they were not providing me with a place to sleep . This company is a joke
Unfortunately the option for Zero stars is non-existent.This public healthcare facility has degraded the Quality of Living Standards on our block. Patients linger and loiter in front of all the residential buildings making it very difficult to make your way into your own residences. Female commuters walking through this block to the train can't even get by without being harassed. ICL patrons and employees constantly smoke in front of the buildings where children live.
