I love Sophie!! I started visiting her when I was pregnant with my first baby. She supported me through prenatal care and postnatal pelvic floor rehab (she was able to help me reach my goal to return to run post-baby!) and now for my second baby’s prenatal care and rehabbing a minor prolapse.
