I've been seeing Micaela for treatment on my neck, shoulders, and legs over the past few weeks, and the results have been amazing. I’ve noticed consistent improvements after every session. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, Micaela is kind, approachable, and lovely to talk to. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
Highly recommend! I had ACL reconstruction surgery on my left knee in late April last year. I was quite stressed about having my first surgery in a foreign country, but Micaela was amazing in supporting me throughout the entire rehab process. She tailored everything to my situation, answered all my questions patiently, and provided all the emotional support I needed. All the staff here are very friendly as well :)

Matt was amazing to deal with. My Son injured his foot playing soccer and turned out it was Sever's disease. Matt was able to advise on strapping and exercises for Jett and had him back on the pitch sooner than we had ever thought. Highly recommend the team. Very knowledgeable.
Instinct is a warm, welcoming centre, with well qualified, enthusiastic and happy staff. If you want personalised programs, that look after you, then Instinct is the place to go. Very small numbers of members in Pilates and Strength classes, means that you are closely supervised and encouraged to maintain correct form. Instinct has made me stronger and more flexible. My back problems have all but disappeared. Thanks Instinct.
