I went to Instinct health a few months ago with neck and shoulder tension and Micaela was absolutely patient yet assertive with my exercises to ensure my issues do not resurface so seriously again... Thoroughly enjoyed my sessions there, professional, patient focussed and overall a pain-free experience :)
Mitch has been so great in the past few months he’s worked with me. I’ve had a variety of issues and Mitch has been able to relieve every issue Ive had or give me exercises to improve. Around six months ago, I started seeing Mitch Cunningham at Instinct Health for a Grade 3 ATFL tear and Syndesmosis injury in my ankle. Thanks to his expertise, I made terrific progress and was nearly fully recovered. She helped me with antenatal support, was incredibly knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a physio particularly if you are on your pregnancy journey.
