I’ve been going to this clinic and Taylah for a while now for a shoulder injury. Very friendly staff and environment. Taylah has been helping me recovering from a shoulder injury and thanks to her I’m fully recovered. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend here!
Instinct is such a calm and welcoming environment. Everytime I come in, all the staff are so friendly and make me feel very comfortable. Sophie is an excellent and knowledgeable Physio, who has helped me through a few injuries and I couldn’t recommend her more. She explains everything so clearly and is genuinely interested on how you feel and your progress. Couldn’t recommend Instinct more if you are ever in need of a physio.
Professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The treatment was effective and clearly explained, and I noticed real improvement after each session. Thank you team! Highly recommend.
Taylah did a great job at helping me recover from my knee injury. Very well organised and ran facility.
