Matt is sensational, I was in chronic pain with no relief in sight. After a relatively short period, numerous sessions and some much needed stretching and exercise, I am pleased to say I am completely pain free. I can’t thank you enough Matt!!!

Highly recommended. First went to Instinct Physio post surgery and Micaela was awesome. When you walk in the door everyone knows your name, and you immediately feel welcomed and cared for. The whole team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your recovery. Micaela took the time to understand my goals and tailored a program that helped me get back on the court.
