I’ve been wiring my husband’s paycheck every two weeks through this credit union for nearly 20 years, dating back to when it operated as NAS JRB. After all this time, the process remains inconsistent, outdated, and shockingly inefficient. Wire transfers are never done in a timely manner. Never. I can call when fhey first open, but the wire is rarely completed before 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Every once in awhile, it's not completed until the following day.
