Staff said they were going to be an hour for my phone will be repaired, then told me “ come back in 10 minutes “ I came back and said “ It’s ready now” when it was about 20 seconds left on my timer, also replied “ come back in 20 minutes” after that didn’t listen to my voice when that member shouted for me to repeat again which hurt my feelings! I would never anything fixed there ever again!

I went to Southland Shopping Centre last week to get a screen protector for my new Nothing 3 phone. The owner told me they would install a ceramic screen protector that’s supposed to be scratch-resistant and hard to break. After about 15 minutes, they gave me back my phone, but just two days later the screen protector started to get scratches and began peeling off. Really disappointing experience — feels very dodgy and not what I was promised. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Less than 24 hours after the repair, the newly replaced screen CRUNCHED from the touch of my thumb. I didn't drop the Macbook, I didn't pinch the screen with an unreasonable amount of pressure, I didn't gorilla grip this thing-- I literally mean that the mere touch of my finger against the screen was enough for my Macbook to crack like an eggshell.
