This company is a scam. I worked for Yacob (pronounced Jacob) and he's unprofessional, sneaky, a liar, and a bully. First of all, I'm not a tax preparer, but he had me preparing taxes under HIS name. He had us filing taxes BEFORE we got W2s in from customers. He had us telling them the fee was 325, when they were REALLY charged 637.95 (including all of the other fees).
