No renten una propiedad con ellos. Cuando tú le rentas tienes algún problema ellos no quieren venir a reparar y luego si te vas se quieren quedar con tu depósito completo sin haber reparado nada. 7 años le renté la propiedad no quisieron cambiar alfombra , no quisieron cambiar gabinetes de la cocina ,nunca terminaron de reparar uno de los baños me fui y no me quisieron devolver el depósito completo. They are absolutely terrible. Not only did they allow tenants to destroy my property, but also several people not on the lease were living in the house. We had to exterminate the property due to fleas. The tenant stayed for almost 2 weeks after the lease expired, we have to initiate eviction proceedings, and now, 45+ days later, the management team will not reply to 5 emails and calls requesting a final statement of charges. RENTERS BEWARE!!!! Horrible experience. We moved here from Georgia. When we signed the lease we were told the house would be cleaned, that the tub would be refinished and other minor things before we moved in. We get there with our Uhaul and guess what? None of those things were addressed. We were already here so what other choice did we have than to just move in? It doesn’t end there.
