I purchased 3 Icurus UX umbrellas for my home renovation impressed by their stunning leaf like form. Couldnt be happier at the result. They are not only aesthetically pleasing but sturdy and easy to use. Terrible quality. We had a recent wind gust with one umbrella completely destroyed. The second held up fine. The response of any angling would make the wind rating significantly reduced makes these products relatively useless. Given the wind recorded at 18.3kmh and we have CCTV showing nothing else around the pool area blew in or way makes me confident that the rating was nowhere near the even claimed 50kmh. Also, wouldn't be swimming in extreme winds. I would avoid this product. The customer service has been extremely disap... read more
