Terrific to deal with. Rachel went to considerable trouble and we were just replacing the top of a well used umbrella purchased from instant shade many years ago. She made sure it was the correct top for the umbrella and invoicing was very simple. Thanks Leonie and John Inverloch
Great product, got one installed around our outdoor pool , The whole process was super easy and these guys where very professional, thanks again, highly recommend
Poor quality umbrellas. Base that umbrella stands on is considered a “fitting” not part of the frame despite the umbrella not being able to stand without a footing. The screw thread that secures to the base is approximately 3-5cm long for - 3m tall Umbrella. Warranty claims are bogus. Not willing to help rectify poor quality design despite being approximately only 18months old. Have lodged with fair trading. Don’t be fooled.
My wife and I purchased an umbrella from Instant Shade. Trevor, the team member who delivered and assembled the structure, was nothing short of amazing. His patience in showing us how to use the umbrella was greatly appreciated. The umbrella itself is amazing. The quality of the frame and fabric is fantastic. We've already recommended Instant Shade to our families!
