So the girl that did mine call me a month after I filed and said did I come in to pay cause I checked my refund status and said I needed to come in and bring my state w2 when i did all that since I have been paperless have all the emails didn't ask if I wanted direct deposit was so rude and short with me and haven t heard anything back and now scared to call to see what's going on it isn't my mess up
I wouldn't even give this place one star of that were an option. They're nothing but a bunch of scam artists taking money from single mothers who are tryin to provide for their children. They filed my taxes without my permission or my W-2, therefore using the wrong information and even typed my name completely wrong, not once or twice, but several times. I’ve been filing my taxes with instant for a few years now and I never have any issues and always get my refund in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and explains everything before proceeding with process.
Very helpful staff. I've been a customer for 9 years now. Never had any issues. When my first stimulus check came, it was deposited to their bank. They mailed me my check within 3 days. Going there tomorrow to file.
