Says they open till 5:30pm but yet won't do anything past 5pm. Other loan places don't lock door until the time said. They just need to change their time then so they can lock the doors at 5pm to submit paperwork since that is their excuse. Some people can't get there by 5pm. So stop advertising you open till 5:30pm.
