Very friendly on the phone. I have no issue paying loans off. Just because i dont deal with loxal banks because they are outdated and dont do the job anymore and I go through an onlone bank which is 10x more user friendly they wont do business with me. I can see this company dropping in business if they dont start evolving as a company to be more available to customers.
