This is my first time renting from them I rented for one day initially, and then I ended up extending it for two more days so far they’ve been really awesome with helping me with extending them and everything else has been like an easy process at first I was a little bit skeptical because you know you’re not really in person too much and then they bring out the keys to you but it’s awesome process and it’s really easy. Everything was okay until it was time to return. Paid $300 deposit, stayed in state, returned car with full tank and still no response from a support ticket which is the only way to contact a human. Deposit was never returned. No email with final closing balances was ever sent. Also returned the car 1 day late. So where’s the rest of my funds?
