They was cool
They restricted my mom's account on Turo AFTER we brought back a faulty vehicle!! We barely had the vehicle an hour and was extremely concerned about the mechanical issues and safety issues of the vehicle!! The lady sitting at the desk was very rude and shady and apparently lied to Turo about why we brought the vehicle back!!! After telling us to contact the host Oscar if we had any issues with the vehicle. Now the account is restricted due to "Risk flags" !!!
Oscar made my first time using turro wonderful. I would recommend anyone to the turro app and rent with Oscar. He will follow up before and after the trip to make sure you are having a good experience. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
