They switched me into a larger vehicle while they were supposedly repairing the one I had been driving for some time. However, they kept all of my personal belongings inside the original vehicle and never informed me that they had rented it out to someone else instead of actually working on it. I feel they were dishonest and should have been upfront with me about what was really happening.

They restricted my mom's account on Turo AFTER we brought back a faulty vehicle!! We barely had the vehicle an hour and was extremely concerned about the mechanical issues and safety issues of the vehicle!! The lady sitting at the desk was very rude and shady and apparently lied to Turo about why we brought the vehicle back!!! After telling us to contact the host Oscar if we had any issues with the vehicle. Now the account is restricted due to "Risk flags" !!!
