We just received our wall bed and the installation was really well handled. The unit looks terrific and we've gained so much floor space! Our order was also fabricated ahead of schedule - what a bonus. All the staff have been courteous and professional. I highly recommend their product and service.
Very happy that after 10 years of regular use, my Instant Bedrooms Wall Bed was affordably and speedily repaired (same day) when one of the brackets pulled away from the frame. John even remembered one of my lights needed replacing and returned to do that the following week. Now it is better than new and I'm very happy with the speedy and kind customer service, as well as more than happy with a bed that feels like a regular mattress and box spring set with the convenience of a wall bed.
