I paid for 4 pants to get shortened, only 3 were. I didn’t check until I tried them on again at home. Considering I was asked by them to leave a review I’m a bit surprised by this outcome. Will be going back to see if this can be resolved, and the jeans shortened.
Poor customer service. They seemed unwilling to help. Didnt ask further questions or offer suggesfions.
Unbelievable i aaked for a extra hole in my belt ...He said he wanted $8..... i laughed and went to the 'belt Shop' 15 metres past them they did it for free..My wife always did her clothes clothes alterations there...never again.
I did 4 pants, hemming and tapering.Fast, efficient. Great quality. Will go to them to every alterations.
