Over the past two weeks, I’ve spent around $800 here having two blazers and several pairs of trousers altered. Most of the alterations were done well, but the most expensive pair of trousers was altered incorrectly. This was already their second attempt to fix the issue, yet they still couldn’t get it right. Brand new unworn hugo boss were partically destroyed for an extortionate $75. I hope the other alterations entity will fix the pants though at another $45. Totaling $120 to alter pants..

Don`t waste your time and money, They ruined a $400 pair of pants, I explained I wanted a 40mm turn up cuff on the pants and they did the wrong cuff, gave me a badly stitched terrible 40 mm inside cuff that looks rubbish. Looked at me with blank expression and said I wasn`t charged for the turn up cuff. Terrible experience and zero care factor here.

Except for Ali, who is excellent, the staff's English communication skills are extremely limited. It's surprising for a business located in one of the busiest shopping centres. Today, I brought in a simple alteration job to have the length of my pants adjusted. I clearly explained what I wanted and repeated it three times before leaving, but the alteration was still done incorrectly because the staff member did not understand my request.
