**DO NOT DO BUSINESS** Instabill signed me up for service. The proceeded to charge me monthly fees for the following 35 months. once the web of companies and affiliates was discovered, they have since said an application was a contract?!?! Auto withdrew said payments from my account under an affiliates name. Took quite long to track down who I was paying as the firm charging me goes by Nationwide Payments, the affiliate. I have an email from myself to the "representative" who signed me up refusing the need for their service.... read more
Instabill is complete ridiculous provider. First of all, they barely reply emails, I had to send it twice to get reply from sales. And later they rudely declined with reason because of "no meaningful presence" of my business. What the heck "presence" is for Web Hosting? So they advertise that they support all kind of semi-legal stuff like casinos and other high-risk stuff, but not a web hosting. One star, would give zero if I could.

On Monday, Jan. 28, Instabill received Mr. *********'s inquiry through our website regarding a merchant account for his webhosting business. On Tuesday, Jan. 29, Instabill sent Mr. ********* our pre-application form via e-mail, which he completed and returned to us. We completed and forwarded our pre-vetting form to our European Union banking partner on Thursday, Jan. 31, the same day, our EU banking partner declined Mr. **********'s application, citing 'no meaningful presence of an EU registered address.'
