Tried getting a loan & was told I still owe money on a previous loan. Told her it's not possible I've put that loan in my bankruptcy a while back. She again said no you still owe money. Even if someone owes money can't you still redo a new application & put that loan kn the new one?
Horrible customer service and misleading information online…don’t go to them.
Déception au niveau du service client : cliente interrompue, ton presque agressif de la dame qui ne laisse pas la cliente terminer sa phrase / ses explications ! Et de tutoyer la cliente comme si on était copine. Service irrespectueux et non professionnel.
Very weird experience. Unfortunately have bad credit score, but a high-paying, stable job. Requested a small amount and was declined? No other options, they pushed me to open a loan...no option for cash advance on paycheque? Told me to go to a different establishment. Weird!
