We have been providing interactive drumming and group music programs for over 2 years on a monthly and bi-monthly basis. The staff is lovely, the facility is immaculately clean, and everyone is engaged. Everyone is treated with respect and attentiveness. it is one of the nicest facilities we service.
I can honestly say the staff in Oceana (Memory Care) at Inspīr are wonderful and very attentive/caring. The residents are always treated with respect and dignity, and there are so many wonderful programs and activities throughout the day. Staff members like Heidi and the caring team always go the extra mile! It's truly refreshing!

Inspir Carnegie Hill is as good as it gets. Is this a case of damning with faint praise? Absolutely not. It’s about managing expectations. Caring for elderly people with a range of needs is a complicated business and nothing is ever perfect. A bunch of staff are late for their shift or out sick so that it takes longer for those who did make it in to respond? Happens in every eldercare facility once in a while.
