So the bed beg issue has died down and now my family member has roaches so bad that once a week the sticky strips are full and I have to put new one's out. She is in a wheelchair and has to kill roaches all day. Not to mention the terrible food they serve. When I come to visit everyone tells me how they can barely eat it.If anyone has a family member here and isn't concerned, YOU SHOULD BE!!!!!This facility is in Jonesboro Arkansas. As a new employee, I'm so glad I was hired. This community feels like home, all the coworkers are great to work with and the resident's are a blessing to share our day to day living with. The grounds are beautiful with walking trails and a pond for the residents to fish from.
A compassionate and caring staff. Excellent communication with the families of its residents.
