ENTERTAINERS BEWARE!! I performed here in the past playing my classical guitar, solo. Almost 4 months later, they finally paid me as i was asked to return for a 2nd time. I returned on 2 October 2024, and now 6 months later, I have yet to be paid. The residents were great but the administration has a lot to learn. I wouldn't play here without asking for payment upfront; no exceptions. Update: today is 16 October 2025. Still no payment, more than 1yr later. I cannot say enough good things about this home. Clean. Friendly. Welcoming. The manager Jenn and her staff are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond.
I've experienced first hand bad treatment by staff. the staff was incredibly rude and treated me bad and I feel management fails at remedying this behaviour and instead hides and ignores complaints. If people don't see the error of their actions how will they change? They will just continue to hurt more people and you are enabling this by not addressing things or by not holding your staff members accountable for their actions.
