Purchased an iPhone X from Inspiring & Living through Reebelo. Took 2 weeks to receive the phone and found the left side of the phone didn't work. Sent it back only to have it sit in their PO Box for over two weeks. I think they think if they don't pick it up, they don't have to give a refund. Reebelo wasn't very helpful in getting my refund. Ended up getting it through PayPal. Very dodgy company. DO NOT purchase through them.
Absolute Joke of a company. 1 star only so I could warn others. I brought an ipad through kogan and same thing as all the other reviews it took 2 months to arrive only to be completely unusable. I sent it back to the repairer of their choice to never receive a replacement. I had to get a rep from Kogan to be able to get my money back. 3 months it took all up! DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
Don’t waste your money! They will ‘post’ your item that then can’t be located by AusPost and by the time it arrives 4 weeks later is not the item you paid for. Return the item and now they’re ignoring my messages and won’t refund my money. Disgusting customer service. The company is a scam.
Brought a phone and like most other reviews claim that Aust post has it and has lost it. I’ve never had any issues with Kogan up until now. And again no problems since. Will be more vigilant on the Kogan market place shops now.
