I bought 4 chairs from Amazon. I don't use my dining room much, so after some time, when I did use them, the bolts flew off the chairs, making them unsafe. After fixing them time after time, a year passes. I reach out to return them as every time we use them, the bolts holding the seat to the legs detach, clearly a design fault. This company hides behind their policy, not their product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am now left with 4 dangerous chairs with no refund. I cant even sell them as they are faulty.
