I have had the pleasure of working with Lauren on a number of occasions in different modalities and she is wonderful! I have seen her for Shiatsu and acupuncture although she offers so many healing modalities that you can see on her website. As a clinician she is thorough and thoughtful, she asks important questions and works with her clients as a co-traveller towards wellness. As a healer, she is intuitive and remarkably warm and caring. Sessions with Lauren are profound gifts of healing and I cannot recommend her enough.

After being unable to move from twisting my back Lauren within hours released the tension, through touch, acupuncture, and heat, while illuminating how my injury it was connected to my stress and internal instability. 3 days later I am working out again and healing fully. Her loving intention, energy and skill that strengthened me in my core and my back. I am so grateful.

Lauren is a very intuitive, highly talented bodyworker and healer. She has helped with several physical aches and pains (first wrist + hand pain, then a knee issue) by expertly assessing what is out of alignment and identifying the true source of my pain. Not only has Lauren put my body back together and kept me pain free, but has also offered some key tools for mindfulness and meditation to address stress that was exacerbating some of my physical aches.

Lauren is a gifted, intuitive healer. She has amazed me with her ability to successfully reduce or eliminate a variety of problems (from insomnia to a tight, knotted back). Sometimes (actually, most of the time) I think that Lauren understands my body better than I do. I leave my sessions with Lauren feeling rejuvenated and nourished. I recommend her highly.
