I recently inadvertently deleted a review I posted. My Mom lives at Inspired Living in Alpharetta. What separates this facility from others is the genuinely caring employees. From Glenn and Sue at the front desk - who both obviously love their jobs. To Olivia the cleaning person who takes such pride in taking care of Mom's room - even making the bed like Mom wants it. Moving mom to memory care was a very hard decision for our family. Melissa at Inspired Living is and has helped us through the process. She is always there to answer our questions and takes the time to get to know our family and most important our mom. Melissa is always positive and always has a smile on her face. Melissa is a FIVE on a score 1-5 with 5 being the Very Best. Thank you Melissa for all your help.
Had to update my review as we moved my mom out of Inspired after a year. Regular turnover (at all levels) led to continual issues with my mom's medication. The lack of consistency in care was troubling. Original review: My mom moved in three weeks ago from a different AL community down the road. In the short time she's been at Inspired Living, she's already in better health and more engaged than she was at the other community.
