I’m updating my original review because Inspired LED truly went out of their way to make things right. This lighting is part of my home-bar setup for Cocktails with Carlyle, so I had a pretty specific vision for a clean, professional-looking installation. The project had several frustrating fit-and-finish issues and delays at first, but Audi personally worked with me to resolve them. Several years ago we purchased 2 LED exterior light strips for our patio stairs. Inspired LED has a great product!!! AND, their customer service is nothing short of outstanding. They helped me thru the process of getting the right product...guidance for installing the product, then after after a LED failure, Inspired LED when WAY above and beyond "the normal" care to insure my continued delight in their product. If you need LED light strips, Inspired LED is well worth your business.
They have everything you could ever want and need with expert designers that makes the whole experience easy!
I tried to purchase from them and when I try their site I get "access to this site id restricted from your location" , I am in Austin Texas
We originally purchased our undercabinet LED lighting system in Apr 2015. Outstanding customer service and product at that time. 10 years later a short developed in one of the strips. In Sept 2025 we took the strip (along with invoice) back to their store. They repaired and returned the strip to us in 15 minutes. Again, outstanding customer service. The work was done at no charge. You can't beat that warranty. I highly recommend Inspired LED. They will have all of our future LED business.
