I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Brown and the staff. When I got my hearing aids a little over a year ago, Dr. Brown was very helpful navigating which hearing aids to go with and after the sale, the staff have been very supportive and patient when I have had questions.
Dr. Brown was very thorough in explaining and helping me understand the procedures and what the test results meant. A very well run and caring service.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Browne and she is amazing. I wished I would have found her over 8 years ago when my sudden hearing loss journey began. So many years wasted with someone who didn't care. She cares and wants to help. I love that!
