Our daughter recently got hearing aids for the first time. Dr. Kelly walked us through the exhaustive insurance process, what changes our daughter would experience, testing results we didn't understand, and overview of what we could expect/ experience in the futre. Highly recommend Dr. Kelly at Inspired!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Brown and the staff. When I got my hearing aids a little over a year ago, Dr. Brown was very helpful navigating which hearing aids to go with and after the sale, the staff have been very supportive and patient when I have had questions.
Dr. Brown was very thorough in explaining and helping me understand the procedures and what the test results meant. A very well run and caring service.
