Wonderful experience at the facility. Person working front desk exceptional and friendly. Doctor that I saw very knowledgeable ,friendly and explained everything fully
After having a terrible experience at another provider, I went to Kelly McGillicott for help. She gave me the most comprehensive audiology testing I’d had, since I originally lost my hearing in 2012. She is thorough, perceptive and very skilled at her job; at the same time being kind and understanding. She fixed everything that had been messed up in my most recent bad experience. I highly recommend her!
I went in for my yearly checkup. This is one of those appointments I do not mind going to. Dr. Browne actually listens and I do not feel rushed. The staff are always pleasant and supportive and do not mind if you ask questions.

I had an awesome experience at Inspired Hearing Solutions! The front desk was very friendly, courteous, respectful and efficient. My exam and time with Dr. Browne was very informative and thorough. She took time and patience to explain things to me and answered every question so that I could fully understand. I greatly appreciated her explaining my hearing evaluation results as well as the different options available to help me hear better. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is struggling with hearing loss!
