I was a client of this NDIS service with InspiredGroupServices, and I’m very disappointed. Their support is minimal and the service desk is very hard to reach. Customer service is very low. I had an emergency at 4:30pm, just before they closed, and no one answered or helped me at all. It was really upsetting. I spoke to a friend who uses a different NDIS office and they always get help quickly, even with products. I will be switching to a better provider.
I had a very disappointing experience with Inspired Group Services. The services they provide are minimal at best, and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with them. Even in emergencies, the response is careless — I was told, “Don’t worry, we’ll fix it tomorrow.” they also don't have a place for fun where client could join in, in the office area, it is all private and clinet cant access the office to do fun area staff, or even they provide entertainment to clients The workers they send are poorly trained and provide ve... read more

Hey everyone i am writing a review in regards to my visit to inspired group services, to be honest it was a terrible service ladies at the desk was to busy on the phone speaking another language there was around 3 ladies 2 of them didn'teven help me, giving me disrespectful matter after finishing her phone, in regards to that i asked for the boss of the company I told the Lady at the desk to give me the boss details she said we can't provide that but you can talk to our manager.
